Updates coming soon to My Pension
We’re updating My Pension to give you an improved experience, and we plan to make these changes on 12 May 2026. From the 1 May 2026 we will stop issuing activation keys, which means you won’t be able to register while the updates are in progress.
When the updated system becomes available, you’ll be able to register again. If you’re already registered, we’ll ask you to re-enter your details to access your account. Things may look different the next time you log in.
My Pension will be closed for maintenance every night from 10:30pm to 02:00am GMT.
